Apple Dip DIY - Perfect Fall Gift

OMGosh!  I LOVE how these little Fall gifts turned out.  Once again I was inspired by Pinterest.

I made carmel apple dip for a few of the ladies I am most thankful for in my life.  These ladies bring me joy, inspiration and someone to talk with.  This project was really simple.  Once the dip was made I packaged it up in mini mason jars topped with a granny smith apple and placed in a clear bag.

To dress up the little package I typed up the carmel dip recipe on the Harvest Recipe Cards printed out.  I printed out the Harvest Circle Tags and Bag Toppers.  I hole punched it all and wrote a little note on the Bag Toppers for each lady.

I love how these turned out!  Hubby even said they looked cute this morning when I was getting ready to go make deliveries.  How fun surprising each one with a Happy Fall and gift from the heart to bring some Fall Love.

Remember to sign up for the Finding Fall Giveaway and you too could have your own set of Fall tags to enjoy!

I'm sharing this! Share your own projects too!

    1. Dina - I got the mini jars at walmart in the canning area. In our store the canning items are out in the fall by the house ware. You could also try a true value, that is where my Mom buys her canning stuff.

      Great idea for teachers!
