Over the next few weeks I will be focusing on Finding Fall including a Huge Giveaway, DIY projects and recipes.
Fall is a favorite time for my family. Where I grew up in Central Illinois there is a fall color drive every year called Spoon River Drive. I can remember piling in the car with the family and go for the day. We would drive down back country roads, the kind that have no yellow lines and 2 cars barely fit. All along the way there are crafters and antiques for you to find some fall treasure just for yourself.
These lollies were simple to make and so fun. You can grab the Fall printable from Life-n-Reflection. I printed them on card stock using our home printer. Then use your 2 1/2 inch circle punch for the perfect circle. For each lollie cut 2 - 2 inch stripes of paper 12 inches long. Then score the strip every 1/2 inch, fold. Attach the strips together to make a circle, like an open bracelet. Then flatten and glue your printed out circle on the front. Your Done! Super simple and a great craft for the kids too. I glued a few to some jute cord to make a garland.
I also made a 1/2 lollie, which looks like bunting and attached to a tag for a cute gift bag.
Here is the supplies I used:
Finding Fall circle printable
Card Stock
2 1/2 inch Circle Punch
Scoring Board
Glue
The circle punch and scoring board I have are from Stampin Up.
