Gluten Free Banana Cream Pie
Once again I have been inspired by Pinterest. I never thought about it till I saw this post; to make a pie without the crust. Genius! My banana cream is gluten and dairy free. I used vanilla soy milk, I am sure almond or coconut would have been great too. Actually may try coconut milk in a coconut cream pie soon. I used tapioca starch instead of flour and it is perfect.
