Mini Whale Tote Bag
My sister sent me this link about a week ago. I knew as soon as I saw it I had to make one for Franki. The tote bag is just the perfect size for toddlers. She can take it with her to the library or to church. It is just big enough to hold a small snack and a toy. I love the way the ric rac makes the waves on the bottom of the tote.
I used duck canvas for the outside and fannel for the inside. The large ric rac is from hobby lobby, the rest of the items I had at home.
We are definitely going to be making a few of these for Christmas gifts.
There is a full tutorial on Cherished Bliss blog with pictures of the toddler tote she made for her daughter.
I'm sharing this! Share your own projects too!
