HollyDay Party - Guest Favors

Do you love to get gifts?  I know I do!  I love when I receive an unexpected gift that I can really use.  That feel of 'oh this is perfect' and you know just what your going to do with it.  That is the idea with our favors for our perfect holiday party.

We are going to give them a Party in a Box with the theme from our party.  We are going to make the box and include the bag toppers, circle tags and some ribbon. Now don't freak out this is really simple.  Pull out your Holly Day Party Kit and print out the bag toppers and circle tags.

Supplies:
2 sheets of 8 1/2 x 11 Cardstock or 1 sheet 12 x 12
Circle Tags
Bag Toppers
Glue
Scissors
Small clear gift bag (5 x 9)

Let's make the box.
Cut each of the following from the card stock:
5 1/2 x 7 score at 3/4 on all sides
5 1/2 x 5 1/2 score at 2 1/2, 3 1/4, 4
2 1/2 x 7 score at 3 1/4, 4, 4 3/4
Here is a video with instruction to make the box.

Now for the contents.
Cut out the bag toppers and fold in half.
Cut out the circle tags.  A 2 1/2 circle punch makes these easier, but good old scissor are great too!
Cut a few sections of ribbon, string, or jute to include.

Place your gift in the plastic bag and tie shut, remember to hold out one circle tag to tie around the top as a gift tag.

The best part is they can use the items for gift wrapping or for their own party!

Next Wednesday we will tackle the decor and tying the whole party together.  Your guest will say this looks like something from HGTV!  or you are so Martha!

I'm sharing this! Share your own projects too!
