Paper Hearts

This heart is very simple to make and is really cute hanging on string or ribbon or use it for Valentine's packaging.

Supplies:

2 colors of card stock or more

stapler

Instructions:

Cut 1/2 inch strips from the card stock.

Cut 1 strip for the center piece 3 1/2 inches long

Inner piece lengths, cut 2 of each: 5 1/2, 6 1/2, 7 1/2, & 8 1/2

To assemble the heart align the strips starting with the center piece longest to shortest on each side of the center.  The center will go down and all other strips will go up. Staple together where the strips meet.  Pull the heart pieces around one at a time to the bottom of the center to make the heart. Staple together.  

All done.  Add a some ribbon or string to hang.  These look so pretty spinning around in the window.
