Gluten Free French Breakfast Muffins

Who doesn't love fresh warm and sweet muffins in the morning

These are simple to mix up and have been named muftins by little ones.

 French Breakfast Muffins

1/3 cup coconut oil, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cup gf all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup melted coconut oil

Mix batter ingredients together. Fill 12 muff cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Remove from pan and roll tops in melted butter and then in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
