I am excited to share with you we have sent out our next cookbook to the editor. Mom Certified Celebrates Heritage will be released in March of this year.  The cookbook was an idea from my husband.  We may have been raised in different areas of the country but food is where we come together.  We both grew up eating hearty country food.  Mom Certified Celebrates Heritage is a collection of our favorite family recipes gone gluten free.  Over 100 recipes along with family stories and pictures from the past.  This is the cookbook you will take with you to the couch to read.

Ingredients
Gluten free shortbread mix or sugar cookie dough - 1 pkg
Soft white vanilla cheese - 1 pkg
Cherry pie filling (recipe in Gluten Free Mom Certified Cookbook)

Directions
Mix shortbread as instructed.   Roll out and cut circles with a wide mouth mason jar lid or 3 inch circle cookie cutter. Place in bottom of a cupcake line inserted in cupcake pan.  Bake for 10 - 15 minutes till done.  Let cool.  Add 1 tbs of soft vanilla cheese to each mini pie shell and top with 1 tbs of cherry pie filling.  Store in the refrigerator.
