Recently we received a box of gluten free goodness from BezGluten. I was in shock from all the goodies contained in the box from gf pasta to cookies.  We received the products sold in the US by BezGluten, a polish gluten free company. Their products are delicious and a few are standouts in the GF Mom house.

The Wholesome 5 cereal contains dries bananas, strawberries, apples, raisins and peanuts.  Really good and full of fiber for your breakfast.  The girls loved the Honey Cookies and hubby's favorite was the Toffee Cream cookies.

Bezgluten is not only gluten free, their products are also free from other allergens and clearly labels with colorful pictures on each product.  They are also all GMO free and are the winners of the Best Gluten Free food in Poland for 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2012.

I personally prefer their Chocolate Hazelnut Cream Delights, I can eat them dry as a snack too.  I have to say this box made it to work with me and never returned home.  YUM!

Franki and I mixed up BezGluten Chocolate Chip Muffins on a Saturday morning to go with our eggs and bacon. The box includes the dairy free chocolate chips and muffin liners.  She had so much fun and the taste was great!  The "muftins" didn't last the whole day, they were all eaten up by noon.  The box made 16 muffins.

Cold pasta salad is a go to for me in the summer.  I find that when the gluten free pasta turns to mush it can be hard to get a good pasta salad.  Bezgluten delivered the Fusilli stayed firm and held the shape.  We took the pasta salad to a church potluck and everyone loved it.  (of course I didn't share it was gluten free and no one was the wiser) This means BezGluten's pasta taste like what hubby calls "normal food".

Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 bag BezGluten Fusilli cooked and drained, chilled
1 bag frozen peas and carrots, steamed and cooled
8 sliced bacon cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup diced aged sharped cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Mix mayo, apple cider vinegar and sugar together in small bowl.  In large bowl mix chilled pasta, veggies, bacon, cheese and dressing thoroughly. Refrigerate 1 hour and mix well before serving.

The ultimate test was making pastry dough with the Bezgluten all purpose flour.  These blackberry pastries were amazing and got rave reviews.  Find Bezgluten at a store near you.
