Stress No More! Gfree Meal Planning

I have a big treat for you today.  Do you ever wonder what to cook for supper? or you look in the fridge and realize your missing an ingredient for dinner?  What about when you need to stop at the store on your way home from work so you can make a gfree meal for your family?

As a busy mom with 3 little girls and a full time job, I know who you feel.  I understand the stress and also hate the idea of one more stop in my already busy day.  This is why we plan our weekly meals and align our shopping list.

I use EverNote to make my list, that way when I get to the store if I forget to print it out it is still on my phone.  When making your grocery list check your pantry, cabinets and fridge to see what you already have. This will save you money. Then only list the items need for your recipes.  I like to make a large supper and have the girls eat the leftovers for lunch the next day.  I also pick up some lunch meat for filling in lunches, when supper was so good everyone ate seconds and thirds. Here is a menu plan for the next 2 weeks:
Friday 9/5 - pizza
Sat 9/6 - buffalo chicken wraps/ BLTs
Sun 9/7 - orange chicken and rice
Mon 9/8 - hamburger and fries
Tues 9/9 - hotdogs and mac n cheese
Wed 9/10 - chicken nuggets and veggies/fries
Thur 9/11 - chicken tacos
Fri 9/12 - Pizza
Sat 9/13 - spaghetti and meatballs
Sun 9/14 - chicken legs and greens
Mon 9/15 - hotdogs and pasta salad
Tues 9/16 - chicken bites
Wed 9/17 - grilled chicken risotto

Thurs 9/18 - whole chicken and mashies

And here is my corresponding shopping list:
green pepper

butter (3) and 1 large
plain kefir (3)

yeast fresh and instant
1 whole chickens
(2) 2 lb ground pork
2 lb ground chicken
16 chicken breast in 4 packages
12 hotdogs
2 lb krakus ham
ham hock
1 lb pepperoni
1 lb canadian bacon
1 lb gypsy bacon
mozzarella sliced
(2) hunks of mozzarella
1 lb provolone sliced
fresh mozzarella
juice (3)
chocolate bars


gf macaroni
gf hamburger buns
gf hotdog buns
hot sauce
gf speghetti
gf bread crumbs
risotto rice
namaste bread mix
taco shells (2)
pizza sauce (2)
gf flour
pink salt
Cabot cheese
greens (kale/collard)
