Big News in the celiac community! If you haven't heard Advocate Children's Hospital in Park Ridge has launched a pediatric celiac center. I had the honor to attend the kick off event and meet some fabulous people. The night was filled with great gfree food, people and information. Read the full press release here.
The center is staffed with amazing doctors including Dr. Garcia-Alvarez and has a library for patients that include gfree cookbooks.
