If you have paid the least bit of attention the in the last few months, you have read or seen Tracy (AKA Nutrimom - Food Allergy Liaison) having some social media fun. The result was a Muffin bake off sponsored by The Real GF Jules.  Here is the whole twitter craziness. (look for details under #Charlotte #GFAFEvent)

These winning muffins even flew all the way to Charlotte.  I have to say the staff at O'Hare and US Airways were extremely nice to the muffin tops and they made it all the way down south with out even a crumb being loss.

This is the famous Nutrimom - Food Allergy Liaison

These muffins were Kid Approved even before they made the flight.

This was so fun to watch - luckily I now I have the recipes so I can taste them both myself! What a great idea -- the muffin-off might just have to be an annual event!
