Are you ready Charlotte?  We are headed your way and I have a 4 free passes to give away!  I'm excited. I love Charlotte, more than you understand.  Charlotte has become my winter getaway spot.  Hubby and I travel to Charlotte normal every February and even sometime in the fall.  I love the beauty of the city and the friendly folks.  Won't you join us for this great event.

I want you to share the event with your circle and friends.  We do these events to help those living a gluten free lifestyle and I personally do the events to help the mom's of children with food allergies and autism.  Your kids can have great tasting food and this event is a great way to learn about all the safe choices.

I will be teaching BYOC… Bring your own cupcake.  How to navigate birthday parties for your gluten free child at 10:30 am - make sure to grab your seat early.  This class is also great for school teachers.

Stop by our table and get your cookbook signed and pick up a t-shirt too!

I had to get well again my doctor tested me and now i know i can not have gluten and dairy and potatoes And this event is gonna be the biggest help in finding what products are out there and how to eat healthy and safe for me and my family has picked up the habit also. I did not relize how sick gluten was making me.

We started living GF because we have a son with an allergy...but it quickly turned into a new lifestyle when we began researching and actually started seeing the effects of our diet changes. It's been amazing, and had led us down a more healthy and positive path.

We live gluten free for our 4 year old who was diagnosed before her 2nd birthday with celiac!

Our Winners are Cynthia McCarter, Christy Patterson, Danielle Guidotti! Congrats Ladies
