Wakame San-J Meatloaf

Wakame Meatloaf and Bok Choy Greens

This recipe was truly inspired by San-J products.  The meatloaf is perfect and super healthy. Hiding seaweed in your meatloaf. Did you know seaweed helps heal inflammation in the gut?  It does! 

Ingredients:
2 lbs grass fed ground beef
1 dry soup San-J Wakame package
1/4 cup San-J Tamari sauce
1/4 cup honey

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix together the ground beef with the Wakame soup packet. Form 4 small loafs and place in 9x12 pan.  Drizzle a small amount of Tamari over the loafs. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Rotate pan and bake for an additional 20 minutes.

To make the glaze set a small sauce pan on the stove. Add 1/4 cup of San-J Tamari and honey to the pan. Whisk together over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then turn heat down to simmer. Simmer until the meatloaf is done. Serve the meatloaf with honey sauce over the top. 

You can add Bok Choy Greens to make the meal complete.
