Healthy No Bake Cookies
This is another great recipe to get your chocolate fix for the Valentine's holiday without the sugar. I made these for the Big Game this past weekend and everyone loved them. So here is the recipe for you.
3/4 cup honey
1 cup SunButter
1/2 cup coconut oil
6 Tbs cacao powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups gluten free quick oats (I used GF Harvest)
In a large pot mix honey, SunButter, coconut oil, cacao powder, vanilla and cook on medium low until the mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in oats. Scoop by spoonful onto parchment paper and allow to dry 2 hours.
