Pumpkin Caramel Chocolate S'mores #smoreschar

Fall s'mores are one of my favorites.  I can remember the ooey gooey marshmallow from childhood. My family does s'mores almost every Friday during the Summer and Fall seasons. We love to toast up marshmallows over a evening fire and put them on a cookie.  We have been using gluten free cookies for the year as a good Gluten Free graham cracker is hard to find. Well folks, Schar's has solved the problem.  These gluten free Honeygrams are perfect.  Crispy and sweet. They are strong and pair up with the warm gooey marshmallow perfectly.

I created a new Fall S'more recipe and you have to try it.

The Pumpkin Caramel Chocolate S'more

Ingredients:
Schar's Honeygrams
Chocolate
Marshmallows
Pumpkin Puree
Caramel

Directions:
Place two Schar Honeygrams face down. Spread 1 teaspoon of pumpkin puree on each Honeygram. Toast your marshmallow to perfection till it is golden brown on the outside and gooey in the center. Place toasted marshmallow on top of pumpkin puree, layer with chocolate square and 1 caramel. Top with other prepared pumpkin Honeygram. 

You can also make these in the oven broiler. Layer the Honeygrams and toast open then top once marshmallow is ready.  I broil them for 4 minutes.
