Tomato Soup is a winter staple in the midwest.  I grew up on tomato soup and cheese sandwiches. Anyone else?  

1 Large Onion, chopped
2 Green Onions, Sliced
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
4 Cups Beef Bone Broth
12 Large Tomatoes, chopped
1 Tsp Oregano
1/4 Tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Basil

In a large heavy bottom pot saute onion and green onion in coconut oil, until tender. Add garlic, saute 2 minutes longer. Stir in bone broth, tomatoes, oregano and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, add basil, cover and cook for 2 more hours.  Remove from heat and blend in small batches in blender. Add back to pot and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes.

Store in pint jar for single serving sizes.

Do you have a tomato soup that does not have onions and garlic in it? I am gluten free but can not eat onions/garlic. Thank you.

@angel - you can leave the onions and garlic out. I would add a Massel Vegetable Sevens cube to the soup if you leave them out.
